Terms and conditions for seminars

We will confirm the receipt of your registration within seven days. The final confirmation of your participation will be send to you 4 weeks previous to the seminar. Please keep this in mind for your bookings regarding the journey and hotel. The invoice for the attendacne fee will be enclosed. You are able to balance it via bank transfer.

The attendance fee includes all documentations, lunch and refreshments. Accommodation costs are NOT included in this fee. A limited number of rooms has been allocated at the hotels listed at the respective seminar. Please reserve directly with your desired hotel, making reference to Uhlenbruch.

A fee totaling 10% of the attendance fee shall be charged for alle cancellations made up until 21 days before the seminar begins. Later cancellations will be charged with a fee totaling 50% of the attendance fee and cancellations in the last 10 days before the seminar will be charged the full fee. The registered participant may designate a replacement participant to take part in the seminar. If we have to cancel the seminar, we will refund the paid attendance fee. Further requirements are excluded.
